Feeling Autumn
« on: October 30, 2007, 09:51:56 PM » by paradox
My sorrow, when she's here with me, thinks these dark days of autumn rain are beautiful as days can be; she loves the bare, the withered tree; she walks the sodden pasture lane. A wind has blown the rain away and blown the sky away and all the leaves away, and the trees stand. I think, I too, have known autumn too long. Autumn, the year's last, loveliest smile.

I have always liked Autumn. It has always felt like the romantic season to me.

Fall is my favorite season, although right now I end up being in Vegas where I don't even get to experience a real one

Well, of course you have to re-word, books are a lot longer than films and script writers have to remove most parts, so the happening there should be retold in the dialogue by characters. Mostly, it depends on how strict the movie will be to the source material. In most cases, most things are re-worded, with just the memorable scenes(a touching last line for example) kept as they are. Some writers, however, decide to hold as much as they can to the original, to match the original feel of the novel, and some strive to be original. it depends on how you want to do it. And on the book you are writing a screenplay of. ___________________________________ Life Cover | Life Insurance
